Q: What is your Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy ?
A: All events must be canceled at least 24-hours in advance of their scheduled time to receive a refund. If you made a same-day booking, you have 2-hours from the booking time to cancel the event to receive a refund. All events may be rescheduled, if done more than 24-hours in advance, the booking can be rescheduled for anytime, for a same-day rescheduling, the booking may be rescheduled for a non-peak time. Our peak days and hours are Friday 4:30 to close and all day Saturday.

Q: What Is Your Late Policy?
A: Your booked Escape Room begins at the time you’ve scheduled for, if you arrive after the scheduled time, you are more than welcome to use the remaining time for your Room, or we can reschedule your event for a non-peak time.

(I.E. If you and your party arrive at 7:20 PM for a scheduled 7 PM – 8 PM event, you can either play the room with your remaining 40 minutes or be rescheduled for any day/time available Wednesday & Thursday, Friday from open to 3:40 PM, or Sunday any-time)

Q: What is an Escape Room?
A: An Escape Room is a live-action game starring you and your friends, as you solve puzzles, complete challenges, and decipher clues to complete the mission and escape the room!

Q: How old do I have to be to play?
A: Anyone can play, but players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: When can I schedule an escape game?
A: Games must be booked at least an hour in advance or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time to fill out our form, and ensure you get the full hour in your room.

Q: What happens if we can’t solve any of the puzzles?
A: During your game, you can ask for clues from the Game Master, so don’t panic if you get stuck!

Q: What if we don’t fill all the slots for a room?
A: As a result of the pandemic all of our rooms are private. However, have a 4 person minimum on weekends. During the week we can be more flexible.

Q: Can I take pictures inside the room?
A: Photographs and video recording are not allowed in the rooms. We put a lot of time and effort into the design and construction of our rooms, so we don’t want to spoil anything for players who haven’t gone yet.
