Can my child, and their friends, attend without an adult(or chaperone) present?
Groups ages 11 and under need one chaperone in the room if no adult is playing with the group. That person is not charged.
Locations may also request a chaperone for groups ages 16 and under, especially larger groups. Please be prepared to accompany the group if requested. Some rooms have additional age or adult-supervision requirements.
What is your Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
For a booking made on the same day as your event, you have one hour from when the booking was created to cancel for a refund. For other cancellations on the day of your event, contact us before your scheduled start time. You can choose a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule or credit. Credits are valid for up to two years.
Third-party voucher and ticket bookings are not eligible for a refund or credit. Once an event has been rescheduled on its scheduled date, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, provided you contact us before your scheduled start time.
- At least 24 hours before your event: choose any available time.
- Less than 24 hours before your event: choose an available non-peak time.
- In the final hour before your event: you may move only to another available room or time on the same day. If nothing is available, you cannot move the booking to a different day.
Peak times are Friday from 4:30 PM until closing and all day Saturday.
What Is Your Late Policy?
Your escape room begins at its scheduled time. If you arrive late, you can play for the time remaining. For example, arriving at 7:20 PM for a 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM booking leaves 40 minutes to play.
If you expect to be late, contact us before your scheduled start time. You may reschedule once to an available non-peak time, subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. In the final hour before your event, any change must be to another available room or time that same day.
What is an Escape Room?
How old do I have to be to play?
Age recommendations and adult-supervision requirements vary by room. Check your chosen room's description before booking.
Groups ages 11 and under need one chaperone in the room if no adult is playing with the group. That person is not charged. Locations may also request a chaperone for groups ages 16 and under.
Children under 7 do not pay an admission fee, but a $3.00 surcharge applies.
